Yates

John is a project manager and innovation policy analyst who has worked independently since 2005 after working full time for SQW Ltd (formerly Segal Quince Wicksteed) for ten years.  Prior to that he worked for 12 years at PREST (Programme of Policy Research in Science and Technology) at the University of Manchester.  All of his recent work has involved aspects of knowledge and technology transfer with the aim of stimulating innovation and entrepreneurship at regional, national and organisational levels.
